Objective

Upon completion of this course student has learned new things (not included in any traditional course) about the topic of his/her project work and generally about programming. His/her skills have developed and his/her self-confidence comes up. The student has learned to work with a pair or in a group and he/she has courage to say aloud his/her opinions. The student understands, that all topics can't be instructed during the courses but he/she must seek for information elsewhere, mainly in web.

Content

The general purpose of project works is to create success experiences, when students create something concrete and functioning using studies of other courses and studies elsewhere. Students create their programs in small groups or pairs. The content of a project can be almost anything that's related to programming and/or games. In the beginning topics are from students own interests. The student suggests the topic and teacher accepts it or asks to make some changes. In the late phases of studies it is preferred to get the topic from business.
