- bridge watchkeeping as a deck officer
- comprehensive knowledge of International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea
- navigation in traffic separation schemes
- using visual message signals

Content

International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, rules for inland waterways, navigation within traffic separation schemes and principles of bridge watch, navigation in VTS-area, signals by Morse light, signal flags, International Code of Signals.
