How to realize strategic Personnel management?
How to develop and lead competence in organizations and working communities?
How to act as a leader to develop and strengthen learning and innovative culture at work?

Location and time

Online studies. Studies are implemented in groups of 5 -6 persons. Studies consist of three wholes, with reading, essays, workshops, peer-evaluation, discussions and self-evaluation.
