You are able to describe human resource management (HRM) as a whole and how it relates to organizations' strategies.
You can describe HRM processes and practices and assess the quality of the organizations' human resource management processes.
You are able to describe the legal aspects of HRM and the most important rights and obligations of employers and employees.

What are the processes of HRM (HRM strategy, human resource planning, recruitment, introduction, training, development, compensation, measurement and reporting)?
How has HRM developed and what issues are currently relevant?
What are the key labor laws that employees, employers and HRM personnel must take into account?
