Objective

You can describe the effects of functional disorders and diseases of the respiratory and circulatory system and their effects on an individual’s mobility and functional ability.
You are familiar with the criteria of pathophysiology and pharmacology of the respiratory, cardiologic and circulatory system in physiotherapy.
You can reliably assess and evaluate the cardiologic, respiratory and circulatory functions and their effects on the functional ability of customers of different age groups.
You can evaluate and determine the causes for common functional disorders of respiratory and circulatory system based on clinical reasoning and physiotherapeutic differential diagnosis in clients of different age groups.
You can use and justify the main impacts of respiratory and circulatory physiotherapy taking the individual’s resources and environmental challenges into account.
You can evaluate the need of assistive devices which support the function of respiratory and circulatory systems and give advice about their use.

How do you compare national and international practices in respiratory, cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy?
