Objective

You can apply your know-how of musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological and geriatric rehabilitation when planning and implementing physiotherapy.
You can apply evidence-based physiotherapy methods of examination, evaluation and intervention as a part of multi-professional rehabilitation in different phases of a physiotherapy process.
You can deepen your interaction skills in order to support a client to participate in maintaining and promoting her/his functional capacity in her/his living environment.

Content

How do you assess a client´s functional capacity in the international ICF frame of reference?
How do you support a client´s functional capacity by different kind of aids and by guiding her/him to exploit environmental possibilities?
How do you motivate clients to promote their health and functional capacity in an empowering way?
How do you act professionally in multi-disciplinary workplaces?

Qualifications

Attending the course requires that the first and second year studies have been successfully completed.
