Objective

You can meet customers/patients from different cultures in an individual manner.
You are able to interact professionally and caringly with customers/patients of different ages and backgrounds and with their families.
You understand your own responsibilities, and those of other social and health care professionals, together with the significance of well-managed and flexible division of work in a customer’s/ patient’s total care.
You can work in multisectoral environments, demonstrating good teamwork skills.

You understand that the work of a nurse is evidence-based in reception work and homecare .
You know the nursing path of a customer/patient and the basics of service guidance.
