Objective

Nursing process
You are able to plan, implement and evaluate customer-oriented nursing in association with patients, their families and health care professionals.
You are able to use different kinds of nursing methods in patient/ customer psychosocial support.
You master the information and skills in the key measures of nursing.
You master the information and skills of the central diagnostic tests of nursing.
You are able to meet and take care of a dying patient and support his/her close ones.

Aseptics in nursing
You master the principles of preventing infections and can apply your knowledge when carrying out the prevention of infections.

Nursing process
How do you plan, implement and evaluate customer-oriented nursing in association with patients, their close ones and health care professionals?
What are the nursing and psychosocial methods?
What are the central measures in nursing?
What are the central diagnostic tests in nursing?
How is cardiopulmonary resuscitation carried out?
How do you utilise the ABCDE protocol and NEWS criteria in the early identification of the disturbances in a patient's basic vital signs?
How do you utilise the structured reporting method (ISBAR) for securing the transfer of information?
How do you identify the signs of approaching death?
How do you meet and take care of a dying patient and his/her close ones.

Aseptics in nursing
What are the birth mechanisms of infectious diseases, the defence system of the body and the preventive means of infectious diseases?
What are the principles of the aseptic technique, the usual precautions and precaution classifications?
