Objective

You are able to define the role of air traffic in the supply chain.
You know the organisation of air traffic and understand the roles of authorities, operators and customers as part of international air traffic system.
You are able to plan and organize air transportation and you know the role of air customs.
You understand the air transport process from the service provider's and and customer's point of view.

What is role of the Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi) in air transport?
How do you describe the freight booking and customer service operations of provide by the airport (Finavia)?
What is a typical flight and air courier process?
How do you set prices for air freight?

You will expedite the course’s it means that if you have complete all the performances of this "wave" the next "wave” will open immediately and you could continue the performance according to your timetable.

Scheduled track:
