Objective

As the result of this study unit you will be able to
* explain the factors of customer value
* define various customerships
* plan a customer vision and customer strategy for an organisation
* classify and analyse customerships using related tools
* interpret customer analyses and plan development actions.

-Individual assignments by following the deadlines
-Individual literature search and data collection, reading, and writing
-Teamwork: writing of final team report, team discussions and collaboration, team presentation and opponent work.

Assignment 1 = done, but NOT GRADED

Final report and presentation=customer strategy, GRADED


Please follow the deadline. If you submit the final report after the deadline, it will be noticed in grading (one grade lower!).

If you can not participate workshops you will read, write and submit one more extra literature summary related to assignment 1 or 2, which support the literature of final report.

Workshop 3/Presentations should participate!
