Objective

You know what the value in supply chain management (SCM) is.
You learn how to transform the linear models to the circular ones.
You learn how to develop a firm’s SCM strategy.
You are able to identify the major process models and practices in SCM development such as Lean, Agile, TQM, and Lead-time compression.
You are able to identify and use the major measurement tools and KPIs for analyzing the efficiency of SCM performance.
You learn how to confront digitalization with the help of the modern supply chain management.

Content scheduling

During the three sessions, cross-functional teamwork with peers is highly addressed. Prior to the first meeting, some pre-reading material is provided for self-examination. Co-working discussions, and completion of cases - including a written reports, or similar - are also arranged to uncover the practices of contemporary SCM, and to simulate real-life situations.

Assessment methods and criteria

The final evaluation is based on different parts as follows:

1. SCM- related development project conducted in-house including a presentation
In case the DP is not possible, some other options are provided (a written case conducted as a single study including a presentation, or written examination including a course books and the study material).
2. selected cases completed cross-functionally with peers
3. article reflection, and a written report
4. shown activity during the learning sessions
