Student workload

• 1 ect = 27hrs and 5 ect the total will be (27x5 = 135 hours)
• The total hours for the course is 135 hour; and that includes, classroom lectures, case analysis, in-class discussion, assignments and final presentations

Content scheduling

• Our approach to innovation management matters would come from the business and managerial standpoint

• We will explore the management of innovation from a strategic perspective, which are important in today’s innovation approach by many companies

• The course will introduce innovation in the context of relationship between processes and management of innovation in the firms

Further information

To achieve the goals of this course, the course is divided into three but comprehensive sessions. First will introduce you to the concepts and principles of innovation management in business; second will explore innovation alongside of technology, idea generation and leadership in R&D and management of inter-firm relationship; session three will inaugurate exploitation, execution and leadership roles in innovation management.
