Objective

You are capable of communicating in Swedish, orally and in writing, in the professional context of your field.
You are familiar with the key terminology of your field and able to communicate in Swedish in expert tasks.
You achieve the skills level that meets the criteria stated by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (skills level B1) and the Government Decree 352/2003 § 8, subsection 1, 497/2004.
You understand Swedish spoken communication if it is carried out clearly and at a peaceful pace, also with reference to professional topics.
You understand the main points in written text relating to professional topics and are able to respond to them, orally as well as in writing.
You are capable of using the key language structures and professional terms, orally as well as in writing.
You are capable of speaking Swedish in such a manner that occasional mistakes or inaccuracies in pronunciation won't lead to misunderstanding.
You are capable of communicating in Swedish in the context of global seafaring community.
