Objective

You know the basic norms, acts and directives related to tourism and hospitality and you know how the safety and healthiness of the business environment is officially supervised. You can define sustainable development and its components. You can describe the main concepts and systems related to quality management. You can find topical information about sustainability, quality and safety and apply it to your duties and in the development of business operations. You know what kind of responsibilities you have in your professional role and you can act accordingly.

What are the risks and disadvantages in this field and how can you reduce them? Which norms, acts and directives apply to safety management in tourism and hospitality business? What is sustainability in hospitality industry and how can you develop it? What are the main concepts and systems related to quality management? What kind of responsibilities do you have in your professional role? From where do you find current information?
