Objective

You can identify the principles of project management and are aware of the essential concepts connected with project work. You are able to plan and carry out working life-based projects and you can assess the success of a project. You know how to report on the various project phases in accordance with relevant guidelines. You are able to work as a responsible member of a project group or as a coordinator within a project group, in accordance with your objectives.

What are the concepts connected with project work? What are the key methods involved in the planning, execution and management of projects? How are projects planned, executed and reported on? How do you work in a project group?
