Objective

You show familiarity with the principles of human resource management in service enterprises. You recognize the role of human resources and human resource management in relative to the operation and development of organizations. You show familiarity with the laws regulating human resource management, employment and cooperation and with the labour market system. You can anticipate and promote the competences of the personnel. You understand the principles of life cycle management and the meaning of well-being at work.

Content

Which are the different sectors of human resource management? What are labour market system and labour legislation? What is the managerial responsibility in abiding by the laws? How do you recognize and promote the competences of the personnel? How does life cycle thinking show in organizations? How do you manage well-being at work?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students can a. use professional concepts proficiently in different situations b. justify their information sources in a critical way c. identify interrelated tasks of the field. d. work together with customers, users and target groups. g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
