Teaching methods

Xamk offers its students an opportunity to pursue studies flexibly to suit their various life situations. Students can choose between three learning routes: a learning route based on a working week, a learning route that accelerates the studies, and a work-based learning route.

Content scheduling

The course is divided into 2 parts:
First, the theory section (3 ECTS) is realized, consisting of lectures and learning tasks, which address the design industry in general and the different stages of the design process, regardless of the substantive field of different education.

After that, the substantive section (2 ECTS) will then be implemented, dealing various stages of the design process and field practices from the point of view of each education will be discussed and learning tasks are performed. The groups' implementations are individually, led by the substantive teacher of each group.

The study module consists of the lectures which are related to the subject, of short learning tasks and excursion.
