Objective
• You know how to facilitate and how to lead the group in the workshop.
• You know how to utilize processes in the teamwork so that the user data, ideas and proposals can be collected, and decisions can be made
• You can utilize different tools and methods when the participants are in the workshops and in the virtual workshops present.
Content
• What is facilitation and how to work in a team?
• How is the doing of participants directed and how to activate the people in teamwork?
• How do you make possible the creative working and support the group to reach the goals?
