Objective

You are able to explain the forms of forest ownership and you can analyse the pros and cons between them. You can explain the most important ways of realising a property formation and utilise the legal documents and registers related to them. You are able to explain the key legislation of the forest estate and draw up a deed of transfer of a property. You can draw up an adequate plan for a change of generation. You can calculate the value of the  forest estate by using the most common methods.

What are the most important ways of realising the property formation? What are the legal documents and registers of landsurvey proceedings? How is the value of forestestate calculated? What are the options for thechange of generation and what kind of calculations can be done?
