Management and entrepreneurship
• you are able to manage your own actions and understand the meaning of internal entrepreneurship
• you are able to assess the resources of a team, and prioritize tasks and related responsibilities
• you understand the meaning of leadership/management in nursing
• you understand the basis or entrepreneurship in health care and its role as part of the service system
• you understand the meaning of changes in health care and you are able to act in changing situations according to your responsibilities

• you show responsibility for the quality of your nursing work
• you are able to prevent and identify quality deviations in all phases of the treatment process
