Objective

After this practical training period you have skills:
- to design, perform and evaluate goal-oriented education and social work with clients, their families and multi-professional teams.
- to analyse the client communities and you understand how social work affects a community promoting its wellbeing.
- to apply the different working methods.
- to act in demanding social interaction situations and conflicts in a ethically justifiably way.
- to guide clients appropriately to use services and support.
- to deepen your know-how in person-centered work and to set yourself learning and development goals.
