Objective

You are aware of the most common research methods. You can define the aim of the technical problem based research and choose the appropriate research method for it. You can evaluate critically research reports. You can write according the principles of research reporting and you can command the thesis writing process. You can write the thesis according the instructions of the university and apply the information in your thesis. You can prepare and give an illustrative oral presentation from research or development work. You can search information effectively for your thesis.

Content

What kind of methods do you use in research? What do the qualitative and quantitative research methods mean? What does reliability and validity mean in the research? How to write a thesis? What is the process like? What are the reporting rules you have to obey? What is the structure of thesis like? What is the language and style like in the thesis?
