Objective

• you can plan, implement and evaluate the health and functional capacity of working-age adults and the elderly
• you can assess the risk factors related to the health, living conditions and life situation of the elderly and counsel the client to use the appropriate services
• you understand the structure of well-being at work and the role of occupational health care in promotion of well-being
• you can explain and obey the principles of good occupational health care practices
• you can evaluate the mutual effects between work, work communities and work environments and health of the client
• you can argue and give recommendations connected to work conditions and different personal health needs
• you can operate in multiprofessional work communities and networks
• you can follow the costs of health care and estimate the effectiveness of preventive work and early intervention
• you can counsel the client to use the appropriate services and ensure the continuity of the care
