Objective

You are able to describe the aspects of customer oriented marketing concepts, including its objectives and functions.
You are able to analyse customer behaviour and define the principles for the segmentation and selection of target groups.
You are able to design a marketing mix for a wellbeing services business.

You understand the general principles of graphic design and the technical requirements of the graphic publication process.
In addition to the principles of graphic design and content production, you are able to use the software needed for the graphic and page layout publication production.

You are aware of the Xamk instructions for written assignments.
You are able to use professionally important databases and other sources of information, and refer to them in your texts.
You are capable of writing texts that meet the standards for layout, content and style required in your studies and working life.
