Objective

You can use professional vocabulary and concepts in development work and its planning. You can identify, evaluate and describe the problems of the professional field together with different working groups and target groups. You can choose appropriate development methods according to the purpose and justify these choices. You can plan and implement a goal-oriented development process by using development tools. You can also document and report on it.

Content

What is development work? How can development needs be identified in the professional field? How to search for information on development methods? How can development needs be met by development plans? How does development proceed as a process? What kind of methods promoting the development process can be applied? How can research and development activities be combined? What is development work ethic?
