Objective

You can show your proficiency with the principles of project management and know the main concepts related to project management skills. You can plan and carry out projects based on working life and evaluate the success of the projects. You can report the stages of projects according to the given instructions. You can work as a responsible member and coordinator in project groups according to set goals.

Content

What are the main methods of project planning, implementation and management? What are the concepts related to project operations? How are projects planned, implemented and reported, and how is their success evaluated? How are different tools used in project planning, implementation, control and reporting? How do you work in project groups?
