Objective
You can use concepts related to organizations and organization structures in youth work proficiently. You can identify the difference between management and leadership and you are familiar with different leadership paradigms. You can recognize the differences between various management styles. You are aware of the importance of working life competences in youth work leadership.
Content
What are the different ways of working as a manager? How can leadership and management be improved? What is leadership in youth work? What are employee skills? How do managers manage in different situations?
