Objective
You are able to define the concept of communality and use the basic terminology related to group dynamics.
You are able to describe group processes and you know which methods can be used to support them.
You are able to design a goal-oriented instructional plan and use different kinds of instructional methods when working with small groups.
You gain experience in working as a group instructor and are able to identify your strengths and challenges as an instructor and evaluate different instructional situations.
