Objective

You know how to read the national and EU legislation and also the subordinate statutes and guidance under them.
You are able to analyze the status of various laws, regulations and guidelines in the use of public authority, and you know the different practices relating to appeals.
You can carry out administrative procedures with ease and know the fundamental principles of good administration.
You can draw up different kinds of public documents according to good administrative procedures.

How to apply national and European legislation to practical decision-making focusing on health protection and food safety legislation?
What do good administration and administration procedures mean and how do they appear in a variety of environmental health supervision documents?
What do disqualification, hearing, pending effect of a matter and clarification of the matter mean?
