Objective

You are able to lead yourself and develop your leadership competencies.

You are able to develop the performance of a team irrespective of your role in it.
You are able to observe and analyse organisational behaviour at workplaces and in networks from the management point of view

What is organisation development, particularly in teams, projects and workplaces?
What are the key leadership skills and management systems?

Teaching methods

Scheduled track:
The course includes lectures, group work and individual assignments.
Participation in contact lessons is compulsory.
When the course is over, students should be able to:
- Evaluate implications of management theories in practice
- Analyze the essence of managerial work
- Identify attributes and qualities of a successful manager
- Examine factors affecting individual performance and managerial roles
- Explain the nature of managerial leadership
- Examine factors affecting the performance of groups and teams
- Identify managerial roles in enhancing organizational performance
