All learning material is available on learning platform.

Study forms and methods

The student completes the internship independently. The timing of the internship depends on the student's personal study plan (HOPS). The student obtains the internship position themselves. The internship position and the tasks performed during the internship must develop professional skills in Business Information Technology. The internship position must be approved by the studies coordinator before the internship contract is written.

RDI and work-related cooperation

The internship is completed entirely in working life.

Timing of exams and assignments

Agreements and reports related to the internship process are returned according to the instructions before, during, and after the internship.

International cooperation

Student can complete an internship abroad or in an international organization in Finland.

30 ECTS, 810 hours

Course part description

The student completes the 30 ECTS internship independently and in accordance with the personal study plan (HOPS). The student obtains the internship place themselves. The internship place must be approved by the student coordinator of the education before writing the internship agreement. The internship includes learning assignments before, during and after the internship.
