Objective
After successfully completing this course, students will be able to plan a management process for problematical situations in networks. Students will be able to solve problems with complex routed and switched networks. Students will also be able to utilize various network troubleshooting tools and applications.

Planning Maintenance for Complex Networks. Troubleshooting Processes for Complex Enterprise Networks. Using Maintenance and Troubleshooting Tools and Applications. Maintaining and Troubleshooting Switched and Routing Solutions. Troubleshooting Addressing Services and Network Performance Issues. Troubleshooting Converged Networks. Maintaining and Troubleshooting Network Security Implementations.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The achievement of the learning outcomes will be measured primarily by timed skills tests. Each student will build a switched network in the networking technology's learning laboratory. The achievement of the learning outcomes will also be measured by a web-based multiple-choice module and final exams.
