Objective
Students can define the main concepts of marketing and are familiar with the contribution of marketing to the success of company. Students can apply and assess the marketing tools in different service situations and organizations. Students can give reasons for the meaning of internal marketing for successful customer relationship.
Content
What are the main concepts and principles of service marketing and customer relationship marketing? What are the effects of marketing environment on business operations and situations? What are different customer groups and purchasing behaviour of those? What are marketing tools and what is the role of them in service business?
