Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Harjoittelua työelämässä 10 viikkoa.
Harjoittelun voi tehdä 2 x 5 viikkoa, ja tässä on mahdollisuus jakaa harjoittelua eri erikoisaloille ja eri harjoittelupaikkoihin.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Suomeksi
5 viikon harjoittelun kokonaistuntimäärä on 190 tuntia eli 38 h/vko. Harjoittelu on 7,5 op = 7,5 x 27 h=202,5 h. Joten opiskelijalle jää arviointkirjan kirjaamiseen 12,5 h, joka silältää tavoitteet, tavoitteiden täsmentämisen ja itsearvoinnin sekä työvuorosuunnitelman laatimisen ja kirjaamisen. Opiskelija laatii työvuorot heti harjoittelun alkaessa Workseediin. Työvuorojen tulee jakautua tasaisesti viidelle viikolle ja ohjaajan/-jien työvuorojen mukaisesti. Opiskelijan työvuoron pituus on 8 tuntia päivässä, mutta hän voi tehdä oman ohjaajan mukaisia ns. pitkiä työvuoroja. Pitkien työvuorojen tekeminen on opiskelijalle vapaaehtoista eikä opiskelijan jaksaminen eikä oppimien saa kärsiä.Työvuorolistat ovat juridisia asiakirjoja. Ohjaaja hyväksyy viikoittainen toteutuneen työaikaraportin.

Opiskelija on suorittanut hyväksytysti seuraavat harjoittelut:
- Hoitoyön ammatilliset perusteet harjoittelun (10 op)
- Kliinisen harjoittelun I harjoittelut (25 op)
- Kliinisen harjoittelun II harjoittelut (10 op)

imoita mahdollisesta poissaolosta välittömästi harjoittelupaikkaan ja ohjaavalle opettajalle. Poissaolon korvausmenettelystä sovitaan aina opettajan kanssa (esim. kolmen päivän poissaolo tarkoittaa noin yhtä opintopistettä). Sairauspoissaolo selvitetään sen jälkeen, kun vointi paranee ja palaat harjoitteluun.

Assessment methods and criteria

Hyväksytyn harjoittelun suoritusmerkinnän edellytyksenä ovat
1. harjoittelun alussa opiskelija on laatinut tavoitteet, joista on keskusteltu ohjaajan kanssa sekä opettaja on hyväksynyt tavoitteet ensimmäisellä viikolla.
2. harjoittelun alussa opiskelija on tehnyt työvuorosuunnitelman ja toteutuneet viikkotunnit ovat ohjaajan hyväksymiä.
3. huolella kirjattu itsearviointi arviointikirjaan suhteessa harjoittelun Ops:n ja omiin tavoitteisiin sekä ohjaajan kirjaama arviointi.
4. yhdessä käyty arviointikeskustelu.
5. harjoitteluun liittyvät asiakirjat on kirjattu asianmukaisesti, ja jos harjoitteluun liittyy kirjallisia tehtäviä tai muita dokumentteja, niin ne on palautettu ajoissa viimeistään kaksi viikkoa harjoittelun loputtua.

Opintojakso arvioidaan kirjallisesti Workseedin arvointikirjaa käyttäen, johon voit kirjata arviointitietoa koko harjoittelun ajan. Väliarviointi tehdään Workseediin ohjaajan ja opiskelijan yhteistyössä. Jos harjoittelussa esiintyy ongelmia, kannattaa niistä tehdä merkintä Workseediin ja ottaa heti yhteyttä opettajaan. Keskeistä on itsearviointi ja arviointikeskustelu ohjaajan/-jien ja opettajan kanssa. Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty-täydennettävä-hylätty. Opiskelija katsoo opettajan lukujärjestystä ja ehdottaa opettajalle sopivan ajan. Arviointikeskusteluun varataan aikaa tunti.
