Students use logically concepts related to service design. Students can proceed according to the service design process while designing new services or developing existing services. Students can use service design methods. Students can work in a goal-oriented way in a service design team.

What are the objectives and principles of service design? What are the basic concepts related to service design? How does the service design process proceed? What methods are used in service design? How can service design be applied into practice?
