Objective
Students improve their theoretical skills and research ways of working in health promotion are familiar with the use of various national and international data bases evaluate and research activities and developments related to health promotion critically discuss and evaluate theoretical starting points, methods and results give reasons for queries, statements and criticism directed to them are familiar with target-oriented modes of discussion, giving and receiving feedback are ready to use evaluative reasoning of working life development tasks, drawing conclusions, marketing the results and strengthening evidence based practices are ready to work as members of a wider research and development project are ready to actively participate in change processes in working life
Content
autonomous data search assignments, learning tasks related to methodological studies preparation for counselling for their own Master's thesis, presentations for planning and final seminars participation in the planning and final seminars of the group acting as a peer in the guidance and evaluation process
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Master's thesis: Excellent (5), Good (4 - 3), Fair (2 - 1), Fail. Maturity test: Approved/Fail.
