Objective

You are able to meet people in different actions. You can recognize your own resources in planning, interpersonal and problem solving skills. You will reflect on your practical abilities to manage group dynamics and recognize different needs for counseling. You will develop your skills in interpersonal skills and group work.

Content

What kind of skills do you need to meet people of different ages? How to plan and evaluate group work? What kind of interpersonal and group work skills are needed in instruction situations?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Participation in the instruction meetings, successful completion of the practical training, a written report.
