Leading in Youth Work Environments (4cr)

Objective

You are able to work as an instructor in a youth work form, where you work in a goal-orientated way with an individual group (e.g. camps). You are able to plan and evaluate your own work as an instructor.

Content

How to plan, execute and evaluate goal-oriented activities and take into account the needs of the target group? How to deepen your interaction and instruction skills? What kind of skills do you need in organizing intensive and goal-oriented activities?

Qualifications

Attending the course requires the prior completion of the course Working with Groups and Encountering people and Camp Work studies.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Participation in the instruction meetings,successful completion of the practical training, a written report.
