Objective

Students are able to define appropriate goals for practical training from the point of their professional growth. Students can work in an explorative and developing way in managerial position, in tasks of an expert or as an entrepreneur. Students are able to recognise and describe managerial principles and processes of their practical training place. Students can recognise and analyse responsible business fields of their practical training place and are able to follow principles of responsible business when training. Students will carry out an development task planned together with practical training place. Students are able to set further goals for improving skills and competence according their career plans.

Content

  What is the meaning of practical training and what the goals of it? What  kind is practical training process? How to act target-oriented when practicing? How to report practical training?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

a. Students can use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations. b. Students can evaluate information sources critically. c. Students can work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field. d. Students can evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations. e. Students can choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices. f. Students can promote teams’  goal-oriented operation. g. Students can apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
