Objective

You are able to plan, implement and evaluate group counselling situations in different environments. You are able to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for community-based methods, and take cultural factors into account. You are aware of the principles guiding home care and you know how to take care of home care clients.

How do you assess the well-being of community? How do you provide community-based nursing? How are cultural factors taken into account in holistic nursing of a community and an individual? How do you implement nursing in home care? How do you act as a leader in the home-care team?
