Objective

You know basic concepts of Calculus. You are able to differentiate and integrate different kinds of functions using various methods. You are able to apply differentiation and integration to engineering.

Content

How real numbers are defined and how equations and inequalities may be solved? How plane curves are determined and which are the basic elementary (real) functions and their properties? What means convergence of (real) sequences and series and how they are applied to engineering? How derivative, integral function and definite integral are defined and which kind of differentiation and integration methods there are? How functions of multiple variables are differentiated? How differentiation and integration are applied to engineering?
