Objective

-To understand the philosophical, ethical and pedagogical premises for teaching and supervising and their significance when performing teaching and supervisory tasks
-To be able to plan, execute and assess teaching and supervision with client and group orientation, together with other experts
-To master teaching and supervision as a nursing method in different contexts
-To be able to implement client-orientated teaching and supervision methods suitable for the context
-To be able to utilise existing teaching and supervision material in a practical manner and to generate new material
