Objective

• you are able to plan teaching and supervision in a customer and group-oriented manner at health centers and in home (health) care
• you are familiar with teaching and supervision as a nurse's working method at health centers and in home (health) care
• you are able to use appropriate customer-oriented teaching and supervision methods (incl. social media, online health services)
• you are able to appropriately use existing teaching and supervision material and create new material

• teaching and supervision process: assessment of need and planning of operation
• various methods to assess the impact of teaching and supervision
• teaching and supervision of a patient/customer/group
• telephone consultation
• supervision and communication using social media
• online health services
• assessment and development of teaching and supervision

Evaluation

Competence in the completion phase.
You are able to:
a) expertly use professional terminology in various situations
b) critically evaluate your sources of information
c) select appropriate supervision models, methods, software and supervisory techniques and justify your selection

Qualifications

Professional competence of a nurse responsible for general nursing (180 ECTS credits).
Clinical patient assessment (5 ECTS credits)
Chronic disease nursing (5 ECTS credits)
