Objective

• You are able to complete tasks requiring specialist expertise in the operative functions of emergency care system
• You are able to apply evidence-based information in practical work
• You are able to maintain the capabilities and preparedness of emergency care in a responsible manner
• You are able to demonstrate your capability and competence in emergency care tasks and patient situations
• You are familiar with the independent ABCDEF operating model
• You are able to assess the patient's need for care and to provide case-specific guidance and advice
• You are able to carry out self- and peer assessment, and evaluate the development of expertise based on set targets

Content

• Specialiced emergency care expertise in simulation learning and national competence assessment, 3 ECTS

• Practical training: specialised expertise 7 ECTS (5 weeks; in an emergency care unit)
