Elementary Italian 1, A1Laajuus (6 cr)

Objective

  The student understands and uses orally and in writing the language at skill level A1. The language consists of familiar everyday phrases, which are closely related to the student's life and needs. The student: knows how to greet people, introduce themselves, say goodbye, and apologise can say how they are and ask how other people are is able to give simple details concerning professions and work can talk about family, hometown, and life knows numbers, time, days, months, and seasons is able to shop, order food and drinks can give short instructions can talk about the target country     

Content

  The study unit includes communication situations and vocabulary at skill level A1. The language structures include: verbs: present tense adjectives: complement and adverb articles: the definite/indefinite article prepositions (a, de, in, con, senza) pronouns: personal pronouns, possessive pronouns, demonstrative pronouns, and interrogative pronouns clauses: declarative sentences, direct questions numerals
