Objective

You show your familiarity with a professionally justifiable multicultural issue by participating field work, observation or volunteer work abroad or in Finland.
You are able to apply theoretical knowledge with practical communication situations in multicultural environment.
You are able to assess your main professional principles, attitudes and values and are able to show developmental needs of your professional skills and competences.
