You are familiar with basics of probability calculus and mathematical statistics, you understand project management areas and the basics of controlling project

Content

How do you stratify complex project into manageable work packets and tasks.
How do you make schedules, wich assists directing work and procurements?
How do you make procurements and costs?
How do you anticipate risks?

How do you collect, summarize and interpret statistical data?
How do you calculate probabilities?
What are statistical numbers and how do you calculate and interpret these numbers?
How do you utilize combinatorial analysis to calculate numbers of different alternatives?

What are probability distributions and how can you use these in practice?
How do you test statistically e.g. the weight of a product - is it acceptable?

Evaluation

a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situa-tions.
b. evaluate information sources critically.
c. work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
