Objective
You know the basic concepts of occupational welfare, and you know how to look at occupational welfare both from the individual's and the organization's point of view.
You know the physical and psychosocial stress factors of the podiatrist's profession and how they affect the daily work.
You know the occupational safety, the health of the working environment as well as prevention of accidents and you can notice them in the podiatric acting environment
You instruct and promote safety issues related to podiatric products and their use in therapy situations and encourage customers' awareness of safe products.

What are the stress factors in podiatrist’s profession /occupation?
What kind of occupational safety and health factors should the podiatric care provider take into account (facilities, equipment, maintenance, aids) to maintain and promote the safety of the customer also in special circumstances?
