Objective
You can affect joint functioning using mobilization and stabilization techniques. You know how to use physical therapy methods reasonably and client-oriented. You know how to select, control and use therapeutic exercise methods for different customer groups. You can plan and implement individual and group situations to customers' needs into account in the context of physical activity programs.
Content
How do you improve joint movements by using mobilization methods? How do you use basic taping techniques in order to stabilize joints eg. ankle, knee, and wrist? How do you use thermic and electric therapy methods reasonably? How do you use therapeutic exercise methods in training various areas of functional activity? How do you plan and implement exercise programs suitable for various individuals and target groups of physiotherapy?
Qualifications
Studies of semesters 1 and 2. Supporting musculosceletal functions. Excercise in health promotion.
