Objective
You know organizations, goals and means of occupational safety and health care. You can identify and evaluate stress factors of work and workplaces. You can consider individual resources and effects of life phases on wellbeing at work. You can choose and use evidence based methods of physiotherapy to promote wellbeing at workplaces. You can describe human as physical, psychic and social individual.
Content
What is occupational safety and how is it organized? What is work safety and how do you evaluate its factors? What is the role of physiotherapists in occupational health care? How do you take into account a human as physical, psychic and social individual? How do you measure work-related physical, psychic and social stress factors? How do you evaluate a worker's individual resources? How do you evaluate stress at work, survey ergonomics and effect on factors emerging in them? How do you apply physiotherapymethods in order to empower individual resources of workers? What methods do you use when supporting wellbeing at work?
Qualifications
Compulsory professional studies 1.- 4. semester. Physiotherapy interventions I -III. Orientation to clinical practice . Practical training in projects. Clinical practice I.
